Courage to See; Courage to Speak

From birth, we have been programmed to operate out of an extremely limited perceptual bandwidth, made to believe that much of the abilities we are genetically designed to access simply do not exist.  This teaches us to look at the world with blinders and see a mere fraction of what is really there.  Additionally, we have been conditioned to believe that anyone who removes these blinders is weird, crazy, or at best, misguided.

At various times over the past several millenniums, the dangers of breaking through these limiting societal norms to see and speak the truth have led to traumatic repercussions, causing those who were brave enough to do this, to be literally or figuratively burned at the stake.  This has created fears and other forms of trauma that we carry on the cellular level. To fulfill our soul missions, learning how to quiet our fears and disempower our trauma response is an essential part of our journey.

Take a deep centering breath and ponder if you hold yourself back from expressing who you truly are and from sharing your gifts out of these fears.  Give yourself credit for having the courage to look. Take another deep centering breath and imagine a bubble of golden light surrounding and protecting you.  Breathe more deeply into this and allow the safety of the light to permeate every cell in your body.  As this happens envision all those trillions of cells glowing with this higher dimensional light.  Take one last deep centering breath and envision yourself breaking free, claiming clearly and strongly what you really know and who you truly are and realize as you do this you inspire those around to do the same.

Wishing you a week of full liberation, where you allow your light to shine brightly out into the world.

Sending love and blessings,
Judith
