In the dimensional descent, we threw ourselves significantly out of balance.  We now are reclaiming this balance as we reclaim our 5^th and 6^th dimensional frequencies, and we understand that love quite literally needs to be at the heart of it all.
 
In the energy of higher vibrational love, we hold compassion for all humans, all creatures, all plant life, and of course for our Earth.  This energy of compassion is what will change mass consciousness so we can transform life in our world.

Healing ourselves heals both our ancestors and future generations.   We are all interconnected and as the field of epigenetics shows us, we are linked to our genetic ancestors through our DNA.  If seven generations back a great-great-grandmother of mine was traumatized, her trauma is still living in my genes.  Because all time is simultaneous in the higher dimensions, if I find and heal my ancestral trauma, it will not only keep future generations from carrying this, it will also heal my great-great grandmother and all the generations in between.

As we move more into our fifth dimensional frequency, our relationships shift.  We rarely get stuck in hurt feelings, resentments, or emotional dramas.  While feelings still arise, we have reflexive strategies to recognize what is happening, process the feelings, and own what is ours but no more. This frees us to relate to others without projections or fear. And gives us clearer sight into all motives, theirs and ours, which may be at play.

This is a time where all the souls who have agreed to be on the New Earth birthing team have shown up to expand our own consciousness and the consciousness of all willing humans on our planet.  The more of us who step up to strengthen this expanded consciousness, which includes looking within to transform and heal any parts of us that either don’t believe we can shift things or fear change, the more we strengthen this energy, and the closer we come to birthing a beautiful new planet.
