Activating the Energy of Higher Vibrational Love

In the dimensional descent, we threw ourselves significantly out of balance.  We now are reclaiming this balance as we reclaim our 5th and 6th dimensional frequencies, and we understand that love quite literally needs to be at the heart of it all.
 
In the energy of higher vibrational love, we hold compassion for all humans, all creatures, all plant life, and of course for our Earth.  This energy of compassion is what will change mass consciousness so we can transform life in our world. Simply bringing this energy in is part of what needs to happen so all on the planet can thrive. This mean as well that we are in loving energetic alignment with ourselves living from higher frequency where we become energetically aligned and telepathically tuned in to the sentient life of all of creation and can reconnect with the magic that reclaiming balance brings us.
 
Take a deep centering breath and focus for a moment on someone well-known or in your personal life that you find difficult to hold in compassion.  Spend a moment or two looking at the qualities they have which creates the difficulty for you.  Take more deep centering breaths and allow the awareness that because we are holographic, we hold those qualities within us  since we hold pieces of all of creation, both the light and the dark.  Take one last deep centering breath and see if you can send higher vibrational love to those qualities within yourself, and then let the energy of this love spread out to all beings who are expressing these qualities around the globe with the understanding that as you do this, you begin to neutralize the harm they can do.
