Living with a Joyful Heart

Joyfulness is different from external success, from meeting goals, or achieving financial independence. It is not about winning a competition or in any way believing that we are more worthy than others. It’s not even about connecting with our soulmate, although, of course, that’s a
wonderful experience. To be truly joyful is to be aligned with our souls, to keep opening our hearts, and to strengthen our commitment to serving higher love.

It is joyfulness that brings the ease, grace, and flow that is natural for our 5D/6D selves. This is not a snap-your-fingers-and-it’s-done sort of deal. But it is a process we can successfully commit to if we are ready to do ongoing self-assessment and the transformational work needed.

Take a deep centering breath and ponder a time when you felt joyful.  Perhaps it was at the birth of a child, getting a new puppy, releasing all your cares through dance, or having an ecstatic spiritual experience.  Let that image, whatever it was, arise in your mind, and see if you are able to let this joyful energy arise in your heart and flow through all of your body.  Take another deep centering breath and ask yourself what percentage of the time you feel this joyfulness in your heart.  Just let a number come spontaneously.  Take one last deep centering breath and imagine yourself walking through each day whether easy or challenging, filled with this sense of joy in your life.

May joy fill easily for you as you walk through your week.

Sending love and blessings your way.
