We Are All Fractals of Creation

Every aspect of creation is contained in fractals within our energy field. This is because we are holographic. If you take a holographic plate of a horse, and break off a tiny piece of it, that piece contains the whole image of the horse, it is just much fainter than the original image.

We are all tiny pieces of the giant holographic ‘plate’ of all that is. This is Oneness. While have our unique configuration we simultaneously contain each other. The idea of ‘us’ and ‘them’ is an illusion.

Take a few deep centering breaths and imagine breathing the awareness into all your cells that we hold all that exists in creation. What feelings arise when you become aware that whatever you love and admire in others, is part of you? Allow this wisdom to sink in and appreciate how truly magnificent you are.

Take a few more deep centering breaths and notice what it feels like to realize that everything that bothers you in the outer world, also lives within you? As you allow this awareness to sink into all your cells, notice if you can send compassion to those parts.

Take one more deep centering breath and acknowledge how amazing you are to hold such a large complex container within. Notice too, the power you hold to change the world simply by healing and transforming those aspects and traits you hold inside. As within, so without. As without, so within.
