When enough of us vibrate with the energy of love and harmony, mass consciousness will shift and we can begin to transform our world into a place where all will thrive. When we are in loving energetic alignment with ourselves, when we are living from our 5D frequency, we transform our lives as well.

5D/6D humans live from higher-dimensional perception. Living daily in the big picture becomes as natural as the sun rising and setting.  The more we perceive life in this way, the more we notice how we create and manifest.  This empowers us to create exactly what most feeds our souls and helps our world.

Learning to direct our lives from our feelings and our heart is a huge gift, one that helps us release the stress and suffering of the 3D world.  But this only works if we can ‘feel’ clearly, which means our emotions are not being affected by old wounds and old programming.  Only then do we have the capacity to feel ourselves into alignment with higher-frequency information, and gain the courage to follow its guidance.

When we have activated and are living from our 5D expression, we have opened our heart to hold unconditional higher-vibrational love and compassion for ourselves and all others. This compassion is not just for all humans, but for all creatures, all plant life and of course, for our Earth.
