As our frequency rises, our intuitive abilities heighten, including our empathic nature. While this makes it hard to stay out of the suffering of others and our planet herself, know that we must simply honor the journey others are going through, not by taking on their suffering because it doesn’t help them, but by going into our heart, sending them love, and advocating for peace and justice whenever we can. To honor our Earth and what she is going through, we are asked just to do our part to not harm her, and to hold love and appreciation for all she does for us.

We are creators. This is our birthright. We have allowed ourselves to be separated from this truth and have created a collective disaster. As we understand, reclaim, and live from our higher-dimensional energies, we can live without trauma and pain and become the beacon of light we truly are.
